Besides the amazing talent, the fans are the coolest thing about the WNBA. Over the years, I have had the pleasure of meeting and interacting with different fans via social. I believe the stories of how those fans came to enjoy the WNBA are important. I have really enjoyed reading and sharing each of these stories. This next WNBALove Story was particularly enjoyable because it is rich with history and there are some cool pics with a variety of swag. She also gives you a glimpse into what it was like coming up in the 70s and 80s as an athlete herself including a gnarly story of the last time she played basketball. Please enjoy this next WNBALove Story from Michelle King and give her a follow @djsistersin on the Twitter.
I would like to thank Michelle for sharing her story with me. When I saw the photo of Coach Miller on the sidelines it took me back, along with the autographs from some greats! Also, how about that WNBA on tour ticket?! I feel like the league should do something like that again if it could workout logistically.
