The Dallas Wings host the Los Angeles Sparks in their camp day game. This is a game I really wanted to attend. Not only are the contest between the Sparks and the Wings physical, former Wings coach Fred Williams will be back in town. I had the pleasure of meeting coach prior to the 2016 season. I was so nervous. At the time I did not know that I would end up covering the team. He was always really nice and open to talk. I was hoping to be able to say hi when he returned, but I have a regular job. I doubt I will be able to catch the game live. I miss him here, but it was time for a new voice. Change is tough, but it is one of the few guarantees in life. The Dallas Wings sit at 4-9 you have the Los Angeles Sparks players setting records. Chelsea Gray messed around and got a triple double the other day. It was only the ninth in WNBA history. 13 points, 13 assists and 10 rebounds.
The Sparks have won three in a row and cooled the hot Washington Mystics. Even though the Mystics were without Elena Delle Donne for much of the game, well wishes to her on her recovery from the nasal fracture, Dallas will have to bring their A-game. You can catch the action live on the Twitter. It will be showing right at lunch time at 12 so maybe I will get to at least catch the first half live. Whenever the Dallas plays just know I am going to pick them to win, I am never giving up on the squad. #Wangs
